Pango Homes are very exceptional in their services, the process from the start up until the end is very detailed and there is clarity. Monika and Sam are there to answer any questions, chase up clients be it tenants or solicitors or whoever, and do their best to make the customer experience great. Pango homes were absolutely incredible. Although they are a relatively new estate agent, they acted as though they had being doing this for years.
I had previously encountered Monika as a mortgage advisor. I was so impressed with her that we decided to allow her to sell our house and continue to advise us. We instructed pango homes and within 3 days, the house was on the market. Within 4 days, they had sifted between people who were serious about buying and people who were likely not reach our valuation.
Our very first viewing was professional, speedy and the right kind of buyers. Within hours of them viewing it, I accepted an offer for the asking price. Monika and Sam were there for us throughout the process. They prided themselves on the fact that they always answered the phone. They achieved this goal and I wasn't found wanting.
Moreover, it was all done for less than half of what I had been quoted by another estate agent.
I wouldn't hesitate to use pango homes again (although I'm not sure I can deal with the stress of moving again anytime soon). They really blew my socks off and it was nice for an estate agent to deliver on what they promised.
